This article shows you how to enable QR codes as a way of identifying your loyalty scheme members so you can track their purchases and visits and apply any promotions they are eligible for.
To enable QR codes click on Set up > Loyalty from your back office dashboard.
You will see a switch to "enable QR code scanning".
Turning this to 'On' will:
- Trigger an email to send when you add new members to your loyalty scheme with a QR code that they can add to their Apple or Google wallet
- Add a camera button to the PAY screen on the EPOS so you can scan a QR code with the iPads camera to track the sale against the member and apply promotions
You can edit the email that will be sent to new members when they are created in the "Emails" tab.
