Sound notifications for new orders

You can turn on sound alerts for new orders in the set up module on the back office under EPOS > Order queuing & flashing.

You can set sound alerts for bar and kitchen order independently and can choose from the following options:

• Always - alert for every order
• When on kitchen / bar orders screen - alert only when on the relevant orders screen
• Never alert - never alert for these orders

When you have selected your desired options, press 'Save'.
