This article covers adding a note to a new order on the EPOS.
Note: If you add a note to an order it will be applied to the entire order. This means it will not be linked to any item and will display on both the food and drinks ticket relating to the order (if applicable). If instead you want to add a note to a specific item see Adding a note to an item.

To add a note to an order on the EPOS screen, press the "Note" button.
A box will be displayed for you to type your note. You can also select from any predefined notes you have set up.

Once you have typed your note press the + button to add it to the order.
You will see the note at the bottom of the current order.
