To add a note to an order on the kitchen screen, press on the three dots on the bottom right of the ticket.
This will bring up a list of options, press ‘Add Note’ at the bottom of the list.
You will be presented with a box where you can type in a note. Click into the long note box to start typing.
When you’ve finished typing, press on the Keyboard key in the bottom corner of the on screen keyboard and then press ‘ADD NOTE’.
You will now see the note on the order.
