Mapping your staff to employees in Xero

Once you have integrated with Xero Payroll you will need to map your staff to the relevant employees in Xero.

To do this go to the staff module on you back office and click on a staff member.

Under 'Staff member details' you will see a 'Xero employee' field. Clicking here will bring up a list of all of your Xero employees so you can select the correct employee to map this staff member.

Note: You don't need to map salaried employees to Xero given they are paid the same each week regardless of hours.

Once you have mapped all of your hourly staff members to employees in Xero you will be able to post your hours to Xero payroll.
