Once an order is marked as delivered, any changes made are fully audited.
For this reason, it is not possible to amend the quantities for the existing rows on a delivery. To make changes, new rows need to be added to make any necessary adjustments.
To do this scroll down to the Product details section of the delivery.
Start typing the name of the product you need to adjust the quantity of (for example something that was ordered but hadn't arrived with the delivery) and then select the product from the dropdown list.
On the new row that is created at the top of the product details section enter the quantity you need to adjust the product by (this can be negative).
Then save the delivery. You will be asked to confirm that you would like to make these changes as they will impact your system stock levels.
In the status field of the Orders & Deliveries screen you will be able to see that the delivery has been amended by the icon to the right of the status.
When opening the delivery you will be taken to the most recent copy, but will see a link that will take you back to the original version.
